    After putting incorrect delivery information on an order I placed with them, I had to spend 1.5 hours moving 1.2 tonnes of material to where I actually needed it! To their credit, they returned my call after I left a message (hence 2 stars not 1) - however this is the second mistake they made on the same order (the first causing a huge delay) - and instead of just apologizing and moving on, they tried to justify their actions - saying they couldn't verify my story because the staff member I dealt with was on leave.
